November 20 AnimationThis is a very quick and simple example of animation that can be done using DAZ products and programme. This is a 30 frame animation looped and slowed down because it has been converted to a GIF file. There is literally no effort involved in doing an animation like this and you can add sound as well if you like?
I have added an animation that I did using anime character Aiko3 available for free at DAZ. Originaly had her as topless the guns originaly covered her breasts, as she pointed the guns away she uncovers them and that is why she smiles and winks. However for posting here I chose to do a censored version. The animation took me about 5 minutes to do another 10 to render so all in all 15 minutes of work.

A couple of years ago I knew nothing about 3D art work, thanks to the company DAZ I have learned so much and I am now in the beggining stages to making a computer game use the free software available at DAZ called DAZ studio. Not only can you get the prgramme for free but if you sign up for free all you need is an email address, there is also 3D content available they have 3 major models free at the moment called Michael 3.0 Victoria 3.0 and Aiko. The add ons for the characters will cost money but there are plenty of 3D sites around in order to get free stuff Animotions is one of those sites. Animotions is a fan site for comic books there are discussions and so on there, there is also the fane art work that is displayed in the gallery again a free sign up. I go under the name "Tosser" I am also displaying my work here for all to see. If you are interested in 3D art and you have never visited DAZ 3D I suggest you take a look, click on the link at the beginning of this piece. 3D is suprisingly easy and fun to get a simlpe picture made. If you are unable to draw or paint that well, DAZ studio and the DAZ figures will allow you to make great looking pictures. There is still a skill involved in making great pictures, 3D art packages are expensive...so getting one for free and getting some models for free is a good way to get started. DAZ studio also has a 2D render facility which means when it finalises the picture for you it makes it look cartoonish or 2D. If you are into films, animation or comics 3D is a good thing to learn as it enables you to accomplish all these things. The DAZ website has plenty of tutorials and great artists who are all willing to help you get started and make great art to impress your friends with. There is also a huge community of people with ideas and free stuff to help you out. So if you are looking for a new hobby or want to express yourself artisticly but find it difficult give DAZ a go. You could end up being a great talent at it and earn money from your hobby.
